1 Adequate Rest

5 Learn How To Lift Your Baby Up.

Learning proper body mechanics to lift your baby and carry it can keep the pain away, try to always be sitting down and having your back supported by a pillow while carrying your baby for breastfeeding. If you need to lift unusual things like strollers and seats for your baby, use your legs instead of your back to reduce the pressure you apply on your spine. While breastfeeding raise your baby up to your breast to feed instead of leaning down to the baby and always make sure your back is straight and supported.
